Your idea is not bad as it can be a potential to save so many lives in Ethiopia. However, you’ve mentioned that a lot of professionals particularly Physicians, Medical Doctors, Nurses, and other health practitioners have left Ethiopia while foreign Doctors like Dr. Hamlin stays more than 50 years in helping Ethiopians. But you have never stated any reasons why the Ethiopian professionals leave their country?

What do you think the major reason for Ethiopian professionals to leave the country? What do you think the current government has done to reduce the number of professionals from being forced to leave their country? What do you think in general is the main problem of poverty?

In addition to what some readers have said above, just make sure that you don’t get distracted by extremists who think nothing but negative. Surround yourself with positive thinkers like you who walk the talk and have bright vision, mission and goal for themselves and for others. Remain humble about what you do and let others lead the organization, too; don’t stay as the chairperson for far too long, it’s a young organization and you are young, now is the time for you to embrace and practice the culture of organizational leadership change; I believe that way you can secure the continuity of the organization and the realization of your dreams.
