Dear Ato Levine:

Thank you for this educational and an insider's look at what might become the policy relationship between the new administration in the U.S.A and Ethiopia. People should always remember that U.S. Ethiopia relations are very old and it will endure and outlast the current power holders in Ethiopia. And Ato Levein is an adopted Ethiopian, in addition to being an educator and very knowledgeable about both Ethiopia and America. He is a great bridge between the two cultures. We should also pay attention because he is a friend of President Obama since they were both professors at the University of Chicago. So this analysis is not only informative but perhaps really message from the top. So take note guys.

But Ato Leveine did not mention about human rights, which is one of the key cornerstone of the Obama Administration's foreign policy. I really do hope that the U.S. will squeeze the government on Human rights because after 18 years Ethiopians deserve a government of the people by the people. We know that the current regimes is very far from being the government of the people. Hillary Clinton was first lady when she met Meles. Since then her husband has left office, she became a senator, run for the presidency, and became Secretary of State. In between Bush came for Eight years and messed up the world. But Ato Meles is still there. Is not strange?

Question: How can the Obama admin assist the people of Ethiopia in establishing a legitimate government that speaks for all Ethiopians?

Thank you.

Thank you very much Mr Donald N. Levine, we need people like you that can do something about the Horn of Africa and Ethiopia while we have lots of problems that we are facing today.

However, we would like to see more about President Obama's administration towards Ethiopia's main problem causative which is Ogaden region and without resolving Ogaden problem the horn will in chaos.

once again,

thank you very much
