Last year the Japanese most fashionable singer, Ayumi Hamasaki released her new album and selected songs in three ways; the tape, the CD and the memory stick. The memory stick has been design in a special shape and has been decorated in the unique way in order to show the features of Ayumi Hamasaki; fashionable, unordinary and hot. I think that is a good way to release the albums, especially for youth and teenage. Nowadays less people use the media player to listen to the music, except some musicians or philharmonics, they use the hi-fi set to listen to the music. But the memory stick is quite a good way to carry the songs. We could bring it around; it is small in size and could play wherever has the computers. But I think the memory stick is fit for the albums which the singer has passed away. As the singer had passed away, no more new songs will be brought out by that singer, and we do not need to buy another one or update the memory stick.
I hope that my idea for the Michael Jackson’s memorial album could be caught out. As Michael Jackson is one of the greatest singers for our century, it is certainly that we, his fans, should have concerts for him every year. And next year is the first anniversary; a special gift should be spread at that time. A memory stick which is full of his songs in a rubber wristband shape could be the best. We could wear the rubber wristband in the concert or anytime we want, and listen to the songs it carries with a computer.
I think it could be a cool way to commemorate him. The memory stick could be sold with the ticket for his first anniversary concert. As Michael Jackson is the one who was innocent childlike, he might like this idea.
