Marcus is a very creative and socially conscious chef. Even though he was born in Ethiopia and left at a very young age to Sweden and journeyed to the United States where his profession flourished. I appreciate Marcus for the way in which he respects his roots in Ethiopia, his upbringing in Sweden and and his new home in America. I am sure the New American Table will be fantastic and I can’t wait to get a copy.

I know Tamrat is very handsome, but I don’t think he is as handsome as Marcus though.

Great! I love Marcus. Ethiopians in the Diaspora are doing interesting things. It is so different than when I used to live in the States in the 90′s. I am impressed and amazed. Keep it up!
