Hey NJ, thanks for translating. I have to agree that he chose the best name. Qey Doro (Red Rooster) is also short for Doro Wot. There is Qey Doro Wot (with berbere) or Alicha doro wot (without berbere). So Qey Doro (Red Rooster) is the real enchilada!! Good job Macus and good luck!!

As a longtime resident of Harlem, I love Marcus for what he just added to the vibe of this great neighborhood. He just brought what we go looking for downtown to uptown. As my wife says, Red Rooster just added value to our property. Before we used to proudly say we live 4 short blocks away from the World famous Sylvia’s soul food restaurant and Appolo. Now, we are even more proud to add Red Rooster Harlem to the list. By the way, for those of you who do not know, Sylvia and Red Rooster are just across the street from each other. Of Course, we also have Star Bucks and Setepani not far from there. It is great! Thank you Marcus and I hope you succeed for our sake. We will certainly help in that regard.
