New York - The Mesgana Dancers of Ethiopia continuing their tour of New York have met with their peers at the world acclaimed Dance Theater of Harlem. Here are images from their visit.
The Girls itinerary in New York also included a Radio Interview, tour of NYC (where the temperature reached over 90 degrees), lunch at Queen of Sheba (Mid-town, Manhattan), and dinner at Merkato (Harlem).

San Jose and the Greater Bay Area is awaiting their arrival with great enthusiasm. It is my hope that all the residents in these communities will rally behind the Mesgana Dancers and support Children of Ethiopian Education Fund (COEEF) in their efforts to transform the lives of many children in Ethiopia.

i forget to say that i love ethiopian dancing especailly “eskista” it’s my fovurte dance.
This how the world and humanity need to treat each other and live together in a small but very beautiful earth. The west is now slowly but surly realises that they have lots in common with Ethiopia than any nation in Africa or else where the surrounding. Common Religion, old history and especially with behaviour both people have. Ethiopians are regarded as black. But if you see them to the detail they are more look like mix races between blacks and whites.
What you, the respected individuals, organizations and companies are doing with the girls and all in all in Ethiopia worth very high beyond any imagination. We wish you the best and we are standing with you.
