Good News for Students on F-1 Visa

New York (Tadias) – A federal judge in New Jersey has declined to stop the new immigration rule that extends the optional practical training duration from 12 to 29 months for students with F-1 visas.

This is good news for foreign students. Opponents of the new rule had argued that extending the duration of the optional practical training (OPT), the period in which international students are allowed to work in the U.S., was another tactic to give foreign workers entry into the United States.

Annually more than 560,000 international students enroll in U.S. universities and about 40,000 are from sub-Saharan Africa. Ethiopia ranks sixth from the continent with 1,129 F-1 visas issued to Ethiopian students up until 2005. According to Paul Cantrell, Consular Chief at the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, the number of F-1 visas issued to Ethiopian students has increased in recent years. Last year, over 50% of Ethiopian applicants were approved and 500 students came to the U.S.

In comparison, there are approximately 1,00,000 Indian students on F-1 visas in this country.

According to the U.S. census bureau, 18 million students were enrolled in the nation’s colleges and universities last fall. This is up from 12.8 million 20 years ago.

Soon no liberal judge will be able to stop THE peoples landslide, towards freedom from the illegal alien occupation.

Those who are in collusion with big business cartels, who have been brought and sold by the US Chamber of Commerce will be crushed. When 80 percent of the American population want illegal deported, they will be by default. Americans will no longer stand for the deception of our own government, to keep prolonging the open borders agenda. the ‘Race card’ has lost its influence, to send citizens and anti-illegal alien politicians cringing under the bed. The legal population will keep fighting with the pen and the vote, but when all else fails their will be another Boston harbor. When parts of our own government turns against the will of the American people, when all else fails; when citizens are unemployed because jobs are being stolen by illegal slave labor,. Then their will be no alternative…?

However, if we just demand our tainted Democrats lead by House Speaker Pelosi endorse the pending Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088). We will not have an iron fist bill that will not only strengthen state laws, but it is also all encompassing to remove illegal by ATTRITION from our whole nation.

We do not have to deport illegal immigrants? Nor anybody who came to America, through the back door? All we have to do is demand that the majority of Democrats CO-AUTHOR the Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) If this bill is passed, the 12 to 30 million illegal immigrants will start repatriating themselves. It will not cost hardly any money. It certainly will not be costing US.taxpayers, what the expenditure is currently leaving the country. It’s main impact is on the parasite employers, who cleverly default working taxpayers out of billions of dollars a year. Once the iron fist comes down on big business and they start finding their ill-gotten profits are confiscated, plus they could end up in prison. Whose going to take the chance of hiring foreign illegals?

They will leave by ATTRITION. No jobs available other than citizens? Bye Bye. They will pack up and leave for home.

    How Arogant!

Can you go back and trace your family tree? You may find out that you may be related to an imigrant who was lucky enough to be allowed to live in this great country.

That judge’s ruling is pure tyranny. Sooner or later Americans are going to wise up and fight back with pitch forks. You guys with OPTs — enjoy it while it lasts, because soon your number will be up — you will be forced to deport. Americans are ignorant, but they aren’t stupid, and when they wake up watch out folks!
